Our company Iatridis Estate cultivates and produces two categories of extra virgin olive oil, Premium and Classic series. The Premium series consists of the Manaki and Koroneiko varieties and is a limited edition. The olives are harvested early in September to October and after the fruit is collected, it is transported within a few hours to our privately owned olive mill, where the olive oil is cold-pressed and bottled in 500 ml bottles.
The Classic series is a Manaki variety and the fruit is harvested until the end of December. After harvesting, the fruit is collected and transported to our oil mill and the oil is pressed in the same way and packaged in a 750ml package and a 5lt bag.
